Medical Massage focuses on results; in this case pain relief and mobility enhancement. I integrate personal training in a nonjudgemental way to help you achieve your pain management goals. I work this way on you because it is what has helped me the most while being the one receiving massage. Whether you are looking for relief from chronic muscle and joint pain, crush a 5k PR, or improve your flexibility, I want to help you achieve the results you've been searching for.
I love climbing mountains, snowboarding, riding motorcycles, fishing, and running (most half) marathons. I believe my clients should be able to enjoy the same activities (or whatever they love to do) without restriction from muscle pain or immobility.
After spending over a decade in Emergency Medical Services and the United States Army, I wanted to get back to the reason I went into medicine in the first place; helping people thrive. I had been getting regular massages for chronic pain for over 10 years and realized the huge impact that had made on my life. With that realization, I started massage school and earned my license in 2017. I have been working as a massage therapist since founding my own massage clinic that same year. In 2019, I earned my Certified Medical Massage Practitioner so that I could truly begin assisting people in their health journeys. I also earned my National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer Certification and Corrective Exercise Specialist in 2019 so I could further my understanding of the human body and how to address chronic pain.
